Op 19 maart van 15.30 - 18:00 lanceren we alweer de 7e editie van de Nationale Voice Monitor. Deze keer vindt het event plaats in de Captains Lounge van Markteffect in het PSV-stadion te Eindhoven. Er is een beperkt aantal plaatsen beschikbaar, maar de sessie is ook op afstand te volgen via een livestream. Je voorkeur kun je aangeven op het aanmeldformulier. The National Voice Monitor provides insight into Dutch consumers' experiences with digital assistants. And organizations' experiences with the use of generative AI in customer contact. The report is based on the results of quantitative online research (n=1,017) and two focus groups. Performed by independent research firm Markteffect from December 2024 to February 2025.
