The Y.academy provides training that enables organizations to demonstrably meet the requirements for AI literacy. We also offer masterclasses for various disciplines and levels within organizations. From practical training for employees to specialized training for executives and supervisors.
Doelgroep
From February 2, 2025, organizations are required to ensure their employees are AI-literate. This training is aimed at non-technical professionals and managers, providing them with the knowledge and skills to implement AI responsibly, safely, and effectively.

- What is AI? The difference between machine learning, deep learning, RAG, and generative AI.
- What are the main trends and applications currently?
- What changes with the advent of agentic AI?
- Laws and regulations in perspective: AI Act and the ethical framework.
- Use case selection.
- The role of data: selection, quality, risks (bias, privacy, security).
- Understanding language models: how do they 'think', and where do things often go wrong?
- Ethical considerations: transparency, explainability, inclusion.
- Practical guidelines for responsible development.
- Working with tools like Copilot / prompt-based building.
- Prompt engineering: how to intelligently guide the model?

Iedere training sluit af met een certificaat, als bewijs van actuele vaardigheden en aantoonbare AI-geletterdheid (AI Act).
